Double room in 2 bed house situated in bury st edmunds town centre currently only has a single bed but currently looking for double, gas, electric, council tax and water bills are all included in rent. Use of a shared bathroom, toilet, kitchen and lounge. Would prefer a working professional who likes cats. You would have access to the home wifi also included in the rent aswell. One months rent as deposit and one months rent in advance would be required on acceptance. Many thanks
