Modern fitted kitchen with dishwasher washing machine and induction hob. Small village shop and bigger Co-Op 3 miles away, 20 mins from Bury town centre, 50 mins from Cambridge and 30 mins from Ipswich.

I work as a counsellor and I am out of the house most evenings either working or visiting friends, My boyfriend comes to stay over the weekends and therefore a Monday to Friday let is what I am looking for. I am very friendly tidy and respectful of others space and privacy. Smoking is allowed but in the garden. Use of all house facilitates and broadband included. Sorry no pets.
