Double room in shared house (450p/m).

First, a lovely light, double room to let in a friendly house in the popular Stephensons Place complex. It is on the top floor of a three story house with a shared bathroom (with one or two other flatmates).

If you are interested please message me (dont call yet, I am abroad) with your name, occupation and a little bit about yourself, I will get back to you to answer any further questions you may have and arrange a viewing of the room with my daughter.

The house is shared with the landlady's family, (at present one daughter 25) and probably one other lodger (max).

There is a cleaner who comes every week and cleans the communal areas.

At present, there is no off road parking offered with this room, but there is plenty of on-road parking close by. Depending on the situation with other tenants, off road parking may become available.
