A room has will be coming available in a three bedroom mid-terraced house, that is occupied by two busy professionals in Bury St Edmunds. One months rent and a month in advance to secure your place in this house.
10 minutes from the hospital and fifteen minutes from town, all local amenities close by, occupants must be able to hold down an intelligent conversation. As occupants have busy workload already, must be intelligent and tidy so any cleaning duties will be happy to help with as if everyone does their bit would not take more than 10 minutes once a week.
The lounge has been recently refurbished with Black leather sofa"s and their has been a new combo-boiler installed providing a warm and pleasant atmosphere throughout the house!
