looking for someone who is in a professional work role who appreciates their own space within the house and is easy to get on with. The house is very near to the town centre and all amenities. I share kitchen and bathroom which is rarely used by me!. Private enclosed garden great for summer months! Room is newly decorated with new beam, carpet bedroom suite and double bed. A quiet but not so quiet you can hear a pin drop! type house. A calm house and area :) References required and deposit . Parking is residents only with one permit per house. evenings and weekends are accessible easily
