Room to rent in Bury St Edmunds

Double bed room to rent, which short walking distance to town centre (10 mins). Living with professional (working in the nhs) and 8 year old son. He spends frequent time away at his fathers. The property has a bathroom and a shower room. Residents parking permit included in rental price. Room will be redecorated prior to moving in. I like to go out and have bbqs in the summer when my son is not at home. Would prefer professional, would consider mon-fri let’s for a reduced price.
