Single bedroom close to town 450 all in

Hey :) my names Jamesina, I'm chilled out and I love my art and music. I'm a very sociable happy person. I'm looking for a easy going room mate who's clean and tidy. It's a small room but plenty of storage space around the house. I would like to say the house is sharing so use of everything. I have a garden too so if you a pet their more than welcome :).
