Country end terrace

1-2 rooms available (if friends/family) in lovely quiet country cottage. I do not live there at present but have a room which I may stay in some work nights. Looking for someone who needs a sanctuary for a while, spare room could be used for visiting children or two friends. 2 small double rooms, 2 living areas and toilets, lovely small garden, farmhouse kitchen, mature person preferred who would look after it las if it was there own. Broadband off at present but could connect. FullY furnished room 1 and rest of house, room 2 would need bed. Working or retired persons preferable. Bills, I would pay a proportion if/when there, negotiable on second room if occasional use.
