Available, I live here with my partner and our 2 dogs. As this is my home I’d like you to treat it as your own but keep the room clean and tidy.
There is a washing machine and tumble dryer available to use and the kitchen.
If you require the room I would need a deposit of £300 and a weeks rent upfront. This would be a refundable deposit on the understanding that nothing has been broken or need replacing in the room. (This is to cover myself from a previous tenant who left the room a complete mess and needed to redecorate).
I work shifts so won’t be here all here all the time
