Double room available in semi detached house, access to shared: living room, kitchen, dining room and large enclosed garden.
Plenty of parking and outside storage if needed.

Also have car charge point available at extra cost.
Only one bathroom and toilet in the house, so it will be shared.

10/15 min walk to Ipswich train station and 1 min walk to nearest bus stop.
I’ve got 2 dogs living in the house with myself they are very friendly .
Would like the tenant to be happy with dogs.
