Our house would suit someone who feels at home in the countryside and enjoys the outdoors, someone who appreciates a relaxed, low stress environment.
Our ideal lodger would be easy going, quiet, patient, tidy, considerate, adaptable and fond of dogs.
There are lots of footpaths directly accessible from the house, good road cycle routes too.

Large garden with the option for your own area. Space on the driveway for your car and storage for a bike in the garage.
Spacious loft to store some of your belongings if needed.
Live in landlords are male and female couple in their 30s, quite people. We take covid measures very seriously due to being clinically vulnerable, so our lodger also needs to be a health conscious person.
We have one very friendly dog (springer spaniel) and therefore we can’t allow pets as it would unsettle ours and we occasionally dog sit for others so lodger must be dog friendly!
