Looking For A Lodger/Flatmate

Hello potential lodger - I’m shell!
I currently have a spare bedroom available to rent from today. I live in a spacious 2 bedroom flat/maisonette with balcony. The room now has double bed in there and has recently had new carpet laid. Room can be furnished or unfurnished depending on your preference.
It is a beautiful and quiet location which is approximately 7 miles from Ipswich town centre.
Two minute walk to local shops consisting of: newsagent, and greengrocers/butchers/post office, hairdressers/barbers, Cantonese takeaway shop, and bar/restaurant.
There’s plenty of nice spaces to explore within the countryside, and the river Orwell is only 10 mins walk away.
There is car parking space and/or a five minute walk to the nearest bus stop.
I’m easy to get along with, clean and tidy and would expect same from you in return.
I smoke outside on the balcony.
Have two cats.
