Hi, I am Jenna, a 33 year old live in landlord in Stowmarket.
I have a bedroom with a king-size bed available for let from mid September. There is also an unfurnished office space available included in the price should this be needed for someone.
I have two ragdoll kittens so you must like cats - however I do not let them into the spare room so this is pet free. The tenant is welcome to use the full house, garden, driveway.
I am looking for someone reliable, clean, relatively quiet who respects my home furnishings. Short term and longer term let's considered.
Acceptance will be via viewings (either on person or on a video call) as I want to make sure we would get on ok in the house.
