Double room in village to rent

I am renting a room in my house, my partner and I will be there sometimes, but I will be away for periods of time as well so you'd have the use of the kitchen and two bathrooms and living room to yourself at those times. Bills (except landline telephone calls) are included. House is on the market and there mau be some viewings over summer, but if there are no buyers (and the market is slow!) I'll take it off the market for the winter and relist next spring.
