Room available in spacious 4 bed house

I have a room becoming available in my spacious 4 bedroom house very close to Bungay. I live on a pretty green in a listed terrace house. Its walking distance to pubs and restaurants in the town and 2 minutes’ walk from the bus stop through to Norwich.
I’m looking for just 1 housemate to share and have a furnished double room available with use of shared space - the house has a new kitchen, dining room, living room, a new bathroom (it would be shared but I am tidy and do keep it clean), 2 additional bedrooms used as an office and spare room, two separate toilets one upstairs one down, utility room, and a large and private garden. Parking is available but is on the road. Broadband is included.
I am a 32 year old professional working as a business consultant. I am sociable, easy-going, friendly and tidy. I do have a dog who lives in the house too 😊.
Looking for around £500/month all bills included. Available now to the right tenant.
