Annex is approached via own front door in shared (live in landlord) kitchen. Utility room with dishwasher and washer/dryer. Door to separate annex, fully tiled ground floor bathroom with shower cubicle, stairs to landing, door off to double bedroom with comfortable king sized bed, Bedside table with lamp, ample hanging space and eves storage, door off to en-suite cloakroom. Door from landing to living room with sofa, side tables with lamps, and desk/bureau, smart TV and Wi-Fi. Own fridge with small freezer compartment.

Suit professional person (single occupancy only), non-smokers only. Must like cats, as I own one very clean diva, who is not allowed upstairs but tends to break rules.
