Double room. in Dullingham

Price is higher as I live elsewhere 4 nights a week so you have place to yourself most the time.

I have a double bedroom to let with use of own small shower room. The bathroom is not attached to the
bedroom but would be your sole use.

The bedroom is at the front of the house, mine is at the back of the house so it's very quiet and private. I do have a spare en-suite room to rent as well and you could choose which one you prefer (I don't rent both out).

My home is clean, modern, detached in a quiet cul de sac. Use of kitchen and lounge. Free broadband and off street parking. It's a very safe, nice neighbourhood. Nice private garden with outside seating areas.

You can walk to 2/3 local pubs from the house and 20 mins to Dullingham Train station. I have a lovely small dog. I’d like to rent my room to someone friendly, who will respect my home, is tidy and clean.
