Share house Newmarket/Cambridge

Roommate ahoy! I am looking for someone to share my lovely Victorian terrace house in a village just outside of Newmarket. My previous roommate left to take a job in London. The house is in the centre of the village and just around the corner from the bus stop if you don't have a car. Convenient for Newmarket/Cambridge/Bury St. Edmunds/Ely. The room is fully furnished - bed, wardrobe, desk, chest of drawers plus additional storage under the window. House is centrally heated, there is a washer/dryer and broadband plus a lovely garden. I have a cat so if you are allergic the place probably wouldn't be for you. The rent is £300 a month plus share the bills plus a deposit. Please email/call me for more details or to view.
