2 Bedroom House share in Eye, Suffolk

Hey there possible housemate!

My current housemate is moving out soon so I am looking for a fun but reliable and proffesional house mate to share this beatiful house with.

Close to the the market town of Eye, accecible by bus, parking space at the back of the property, double bedroom (the big one, for you, I'm already settled in my room), front and back garden.

You need to be : working full time (bills before deals), fun, laid back, not a control freak, tidy but not ocd, and cool.

Myself, I am fun but introverted, spend a lot of time in my room, I expect cleanliness and tidiness but above all communication, and we'll be fine :)

Couples considered, rent with bills inc. for two people would increase to £700 pcm. and will be reviewed after 6 months.
