I am looking for 1 friendly, clean and respectful female lodger (no couples). The property is approx 15/20 Min walk from Felixstowe high street, shops, train station and the beach.

The house has a total of 3 bedrooms, a bathroom upstairs and an additional toilet upstairs. There's a shared lounge, dining room, conservatory, kitchen and a garden with decking.
ONLY myself, and another friendly female housemate (29) live in the property along with a cute cat.

I am a sociable person but also respect privacy, I work as a project manager locally. I love to cook and to occasionally host people over for dinner and games. I enjoy going out for dinner and drinks but also enjoy going to the gym or a hike and love kareoke. I often go to London to visit mates of a weekend so you will occasionally have the house to yourself.

The room has large and deep cupboard adjacent to the room which can be used a wardrobe to store clothes.
