Delightful studio space on top (2nd) floor of a pleasant Victorian semi-detached house. Part of a clean, quiet home, within which you will have your own space and privacy.

Conveniently located a moment’s walk from Felixstowe High Street, only 5 mins walk from the sea, 8 mins walk from the train station and 2 mins to local bus stops. Also easy access to several gyms in the area. There is no off road parking but some parking is permitted in the streets around and two car parks are each only a 3 minute walk away, offering free parking from 6pm to 8am and a monthly or annual season ticket.

The modern look studio space is offered to a single professional. It encompasses a kitchen/dining/living area with a separate bedroom space and en-suite. It is furnished and use of a washing machine is available, located on the ground floor in my kitchen.

I am a professional, working at a University part-time and also from my studio at home. I am looking for a friendly professional who will appreciate a quiet and pleasant atmosphere where consideration of each other is a core value.

£700 per calendar month, inclusive of council tax, bills (assuming similar to current energy usage), good WiFi and cleaning is undertaken once a fortnight.
