Single room in lovely house close to town and sea

This is a charming, newly decorated room in a Victorian terrace close to Felixstowe town centre with shops, buses and railway station. The sea front and spa gardens are just a stroll away.
I am a live-in landlady and we will share the bathroom (small), the kitchen (large), the living room (large) and the garden (smallish). Bills and broadband are included.
I am looking for a tidy, considerate professional to share, preferably vegetarian. At the moment the room has a single bed but could swap with a double bed if you liked. Please tell me a little about yourself when you contact me.
