Single room in lovely house close to town and sea

This is a charming single room, newly decorated, with a chest of drawers, bedside cabinet, a rail to hang your clothes, and a small desk and chair with shelves above. The room has a picture rail so you can hang your own belongings to personalise.
I am a live-in landlady in this Victorian terraced house and we will share the bathroom (small), the kitchen (large), the living room (large) and the garden (smallish). Bills and broadband are included.
We are close to the shops, buses and train station. The sea front and spa gardens are just a stroll away.
I am looking for a tidy, considerate professional to share, preferably vegetarian.
