Single Room available Monday pm to Friday morn in a three bedroom flat 5 minutes from the sea, with a south facing balcony.

The room is furnished with a very comfortable single bed, chest of drawers, chair, bookshelves, another chest, a hanging rail for clothes (to be installed) and the option of a small desk too. The room will be clearer than pictured - it is currently my art studio - though a few things will remain on the shelves and in 1 drawer of the chest. Monday-friday becuase I still use it as a workspace at the weekends.

The shared kitchen has electric hob & oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. And a table that seats three. The sitting room, has a TV, record player, and cd player (!) art books and lots of sunshine. And a larger table for eating or crafting!

The bathroom has a bath and over bath shower with basin, and a separate WC with basin.

Rent includes bills including council tax and wifi.

Full time short lets for a specific period can be considered, so if you are looking for a fixed duration such as a house move or a residency. Rent in these circs is £700 per month. This must be only for a specific term.

You'll be sharing the flat with me, a queer female artist / lecturer, and my 10 year old rescue dog Nick (who is a sweetheart) - and with a 26 year old female boat builder who works in Woodbridge. We operate as a chill quiet house though enjoy sharing a meal from time to time. Lefty house Interested in art, ecology, photography, music.

Please note there are quite a lot of stairs in the apartment, which is spread out over four levels.
