Double Room available Monday pm to Friday morn in a three bedroom flat 5 minutes from the sea, with a south facing balcony.

The room is east facing (so gets the morning sun) and is furnished with a (very comfortable) small double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, chair, bookshelves and a small desk.

The shared kitchen has electric hob & oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. And a table that seats three. When away (which is fairly often - as I work in London) you're welcome to use the sitting room, which has TV, record player, art books and lots of sunshine.

The bathroom has a bath and over bath shower with basin, and a separate WC with basin.

Rent includes bills, bed linen, towels, wifi.

Full time short lets for a specific period can be considered, so if you are looking for a fixed duration such as a house move or a residency. Rent in these circs is £650 per month. This must be only for a specific term.

You'll be sharing the flat with me, a queer female artist / lecturer, and my 9 year old rescue dog Nick (who is a sweetheart). However, during term time I am frequently away during the week as I teach in London. So you'd have the place to yourself quite often.

Please note there are quite a lot of stairs in the apartment, which is spread out over four levels.
