Small double room to let in my family home. There is a separate shower and toilet, that will be shared with my other lodger. The property is close to the seafront and walking distance from the docks and town centre. I am a live-in landlord, so you will share my kitchen, laundry facilities and garden. All bills are included in the rent, and WiFi is available. There is plenty of on road parking and a carpark behind the property. The room would be ideal for a dock worker, or lorry driver, for example or someone working in the Felixstowe area on a temporary contract.
