The East Wing of our house

There is tastefully decorated double aspect lounge (16'x 16') with a sofa, tv, dining table & 2 chairs & a desk & chair. The light is this room is fabulous all day as the house is south facing, so it fills with light all day.

There is a double aspect double bedroom (16' x 10') with ensuite. This is situated directly above the lounge.

Downstairs there is also a wc.

Next to the lounge there is a kitchenette with room for a microwave, air fryer, fridge / freezer, washer & dryer. All that is currently in situ is a washer & dryer, so you would need to provide all your own kitchenware and appliances.

Parking is available on the gated drive.

We have a large garden, over 1.5 acres, which you are welcome to use.

The entrance to the East Wing is through the side entrance.

We would need access to the washing machine / dryer but can arrange this for times suitable to you.

We have three dogs. Finningham is a quiet village with a church and a pub and a few shops within walking distance.

We are looking for a single professional.

Rent is £800 pcm + £200 per month towards bills.
