About me:

33, self employed dad with a 3.5yr old daughter who lives with me 3 day/nights a week, one of which she’s at nursery. You’d need to be okay with the quirks of living with a small child — lots of cooking, toys, laughter, and energetic play. We’re in and out quite a bit on those days, so it’s not constant chaos, but it’s not total calm either.

I'm generally a very calm tidy person when alone, sometimes life gets busy and my space reflects a working life, i'm not immaculate, but I prefer a clean and tidy space. My last house was a 4 person share in London so im used to accomendating people, but I have lived alone for 3 year now, so this will be an adjustment again.

I generally eat heathly, use/make non toxic household products and have filtered water on the taps. I can be a quite a night owl when my daughter is asleep or on the days shes not here, quietly writing or working in the evenings. She is not easily disturbed once down, so theres no worries in being an adult in post bed time.

Music is a staple, but its all inline with the time of day and whats going on in the house, I just like vibes, whatever form they take, as a complimentary soundtrack to life.

I used to support an array of undergroud music events in London and do stage design and sound instalation for small festival stages. I used to DJ more frequently pre child and I have decks in the house, but rarely find the time to play these days. But happy with a bit of mixing at considerate times with downstairs neighbours. Currently I work self-employed as a Handyman and run a Local Cycle Repair Service. Also work on a couple of creative writing and video projects.

I am needing to rent as soon as possible really. But also I want to make sure its the right fit. The house will need some juggling with either rental options, but I could turn something around in 1 week, including supplying furniture if needed.
