Short to Mid term housemate wanted

A room will be coming available in a shared rental property before the end of the year in a rural location within walking distance of Wrentham.

The house is located along the A12 for easy commuting (I commute to just North or Ipswich but work from home a lot). The room has a desk, drawers and some low shelves, and I need to get a bed frame if one isn't already owned.

My son (aged 5) visits every other weekend and some midweek nights so I need this to be okay with the potential housemate. Additionally, I would like to meet the person ahead of time (for a beer/coffee?) to make sure everything suits well!

I work for the local Wildlife Trust as a project manager and have a keen interest in nature recovery and restoration and all things wild. The garden is maintained as a wildlife garden (and we have recorded over 80 species of bird for those that are interested in such!).

For full disclosure, I am doing my best to save for a deposit so I can finally own my own house, so I only want to initially commit to a 6 month agreement, but if things are fun, I could stay on a bit longer to keep the deposit saving going, I'm happy to be flexible to those who show the same! I have a girlfriend who lives in Wales so my time in house can be here and there, leaving lots of space etc.

I am happy to share photos on request, and open to couples but would like to discuss a more even share of rent and bills (bills even share between housemates, rent to be discussed if you are sharing a room!). The landlady is planning works to the house in September to help insulate the house better for the coming winter.
