I have one of my rooms available to rent in my beautiful barn conversion on a farm 20-25 mins from Norwich.
Huge property with XL kitchen, slate floor with underfloor heating, water softener, Huge lounge with cinema set up/Sky HD, 3 toilets, 2 bathrooms. Pool table/Games room, Table tennis table. Washing machine & tumble dryer. Off road parking on gated farm.
Chickens for fresh eggs in the morning and an Expresso machine :-)
This really has to be seen to appreciated...

Gas, Electricity, Heating oil, Broadband, council tax etc. all inclusive.
The bedroom has a John Lewis Kingsize bed and orthopaedic mattress.
No smoking in the house, I have my children over a lot also so obviously its a child friendly house.
The family pets are an American bulldog called Beau and a Ginger cat called Tiger.
You will need to be a clean and tidy person.
