Seeking A New Female Lodger To Join Our House!

Due to a time waster, this room is available again. A very large double room available for single occupancy only, in a large house in the countryside of Great Barton near Bury St Edmunds.

** Please Note ** we are looking for a female lodger to join us and is for single occupancy only.

The room available is fully furnished with large flat screen TV with a fire stick for Netflix etc. and has its own fridge too. New furniture, clean, modern and decorated and carpeted 3 years ago. Large shared living room, good sized kitchen, utility with washing machine and tumble dryer. Very large and beautiful mature gardens. Good sized driveway for off road parking. Very private property. The house is not near public transport, so you must be able to drive and have a car.

There’s me here (female live in landlord) & my small dog and another professional female who is a lodger. I run my business from home, which is a doggy daycare and home boarding for small dogs, so you must love small dogs, although they will be in certain areas of the house only, mainly just one room and upstairs with me, but they will cross your path at times however.
Me and my lodger are quiet, private, happy people, so this is a happy, friendly, quiet home but we love to have a chat, a laugh, watch TV together, and sometimes put the world to rights!

We are looking for a professional female as a housemate, (no working from home preferred) and would prefer a female, as we are 2 females here already and are more comfortable with this. A gay male would also be considered. Our new lodger would be friendly, happy and must definitely be an animal lover! Smoking/vaping is not a problem as you can go outside into the driveway or garden.
Electric, water, council tax (Band D) and broadband bills etc. are all included in the monthly rent.
