A lovely double room available for single occupancy only, in a large house in the countryside of Great Barton near Bury St Edmunds.
** Please Note ** I am looking for a female lodger to join me.

The room available is fully furnished with large flat screen smart TV with Netflix etc. Modern furniture, clean and decorated and carpeted 3 years ago. Large shared living room, good sized kitchen, utility with washing machine and tumble dryer. Very large and beautiful mature gardens. Good sized driveway for parking. Very private property. The house is not near public transport, so you must be able to drive and have a car.

There’s me here (female live in landlord) & my pug dogs. I run a business from home which is a doggy daycare and home boarding for small dogs, so you must love dogs, although they will be in certain areas of the house only, mainly just one room and upstairs with me, but they will cross your path from time to time.

I’m quiet, private and happy, so this is a cheerful, friendly, quiet home. I work a lot of the time, but love to travel when I get the chance.

I’m looking for a professional female as a housemate, (no working from home preferred) and would prefer a female, as I will feel more comfortable. A gay male would also be considered. I would like that person to be friendly, happy and must be an animal lover! Smoking is not a problem as you can go outside into the garden.
Electric, water, council tax and broadband bills etc. are included.
