The house offers instant hot water having had a new combi boiler installed. There's a new washer dryer and an additional tumble dryer in the garage, although it's rarely needed in summer with a rotary line in the garden. There's additional storage in the garage and use of garden tools and house appliances, kitchen wares, cutlery, crockery and utensils. It really is fully furnished!
I'm a live out landlord at present with 1 room currently being rented by a 24 year old professional man. He occasionally has his child over so a night shift worker wouldn't be suitable.
