Lovely new build house - whole top floor

We have a 3 floor house, we are renting the whole top floor which includes its own bathroom, your own living room, a storage cupboard and A bedroom. We are also including a sofa (which is also a sofa bed) , super king size mattress, 65’’ 4K TV. We have ample parking and a small puppy. All you will need is your own bedding. Broadband and bills are included, access to PLEX will cost £10 a month and includes over 1000 movies and TV shows (which are updated very frequently). We have a water softner which supplies all the taps. All rooms are very well kept and stylish as seen from the pictures. Both rooms will go to one person/couple. If a couple would like to come it will be £750.
