Room to rent, Cornard, Sudbury - £450 inc bills

Hello,

I am a professional with a room to rent in my flat on the edge of Cornard, Sudbury. It is 1.5 miles from Sudbury bus/train station.

I am looking for a professional with a sense of humour, good grasp of sarcasm and some wit, that enjoys cooking, occasionally drinking wine and potentially lifting weights. I have two cats.

The room is a double, and is unfurnished.

You will have almost sole use of the bathroom, which has a bath with a shower over it.

The living room is spacious and is open plan to the kitchen. One side has a gym and the other is sofa with computer/TV. Parking is on the road.

The photos of the bedroom and bathroom were taken a few years ago when I moved in. The main difference is that there is now a shower curtain in the bathroom, and the bedroom has one wall painted in chalk board paint. The other photos are current.
