We have 2 rooms we rent in a clean an tidy 3 bed Semi detached property on a large corner plot in a quiet street which has ample steet parking along with spaces on the drive and more at the rear road.
Our house is close to local amenities, a 25 minute walk by road or along the river to Sudbury town centre. Closer by are 2 local pubs (5-10min walk), & convenience stores and take aways (1-5 min walk)
We have opened our home to long and short term professionals relocating, or people with temporary work like teacher training, nurses. and corporats oversea factory rolls at Nestle or Seimans, through to people experiencing relationship difficulties

Room 1 - Spacious double with large wardrobe and chest of drawers, bright and airy with twin windows overlooking the front of the property and some beautiful pink/orange sunsets.
Room 2 - A smaller size double, dressed with a small wardrobeand draw unit and benefits witn view over the rear garden with a worm cozy feel and moring sunshine.
The property has a fully equipped kitchen with American fridge freezer, WC, a modern very large bathroom with large walk in shower and separate bath, suplyed by constant hot water, wotb a 2nd upstairs toilet
we also have fast Fiber internet with WI-FI, washing machine, the house is in a good modern condition with upper hallways and stairs carpeted and wooden flooring throughout the ground floor. There is an open plan lounge/diner/kitchen, large corner sofa, dining table and chairs.. Every room benefits from a full central heating system.
There is a large garden and patio at the rear and, a perfect blank canvas for people with green fingers
We like to keep things clean amd tidy and expects any housemate to play their part in keeping things clean and to tidy up after themselves.
There is strictly NO smoking inside but Vaping outside is fine.
Applicants must be employed and be able to show proof of income and employment. We happy to consider short term lets along with short term lets for couples a price can be discussed but will be a higher rate than advertised, reference's will be required along with proof of income on all lets
DEPOSITS:
Rooms can be rented on a weekly basis with zero deposit only if ID/documentation can be supplied and held until such time it can be paid, or with one months rent in advance, all subject to reference and imployment checks.
An ideal house mate is mature, quiet, clean and tidy. Respectful and considerate to others and there own space, being considerate and helpful by playing their part with household chors. Someone that enjoys a peaceful and relaxed vibes.

There are a number of large free car parks in town with leisure complexes ialong with an active community, many clubs and social events with Sudbury town bing located within easy reach of Colchester, Ipswich and Bury St. Edmunds.
