Comfortable single room in private house

We are looking for someone to rent our comfortable single recently decorated room, inclusive of bills. There is a shared family bath/shower room, kitchen and diningroom. We are a married couple who are looking at retiring. The house is within walking distance of Hadleigh town center, which is a lovely market town. 20min drive from Ipswich.
We are happy to accept long or short term let's, or mon-fri. There is ample parking in the road. We also have a garden to relax in.
