Large Double, in Spacious 2 Bed flat in Halesworth

Hello,

I have a spare room in my flat to rent. It is an amazingly spacious flat in the town of Halesworth, Suffolk. It is 5 mins walk from the train line which has a direct route to London, 2 hours and Norwich, 1 hour.
The room is huge and comes unfurnished. The flat is light and quiet (zero traffic noise!) separate kitchen, living room and bathroom. I really like living here.
I am a freelance Illustrator and mostly work from home. I am friendly yet respectful of someones space. I have a lot of experience living in house shares. My main interests are Art, Music and being outside in nature.
The rent is very affordable and I think an excellent deal for the space and location, £325 including bills. I am open to long or short stays. My tenancy is with an estate agent 6 month by 6 month. They have assured me that I can be here long term.
