Double room in lovely location

I have just bought my first home and have a spare double bedroom available for a lodger. It’s a lovely light, south-facing double room, at the front of the house. I’m happy to furnish it or you can if you’d prefer - just let me know.

Only 10 minute walk into town along lovely pedestrian paths, and 15 mins walk to the train station. Plenty of free parking available on the road.

Shared bathroom, living room, kitchen, conservatory and garden.

I have two dogs, a 3 year old golden lab called Billy and a 16 week old cocker spaniel called Willow.

I work as a teacher so it would be fantastic if you were around a bit during the day to let the dogs out at midday but not essential. Happy to knock a bit of rent off if you can help with the dogs, if not will get a dog walker to sort.
