What is Homeshare?
Homeshare is a supportive living arrangement — not a care job. You offer a friendly, consistent presence and practical day-to-day help, and in return you receive affordable accommodation.
The arrangement
Location: 5 -10 min Walking distance to Halesworth train station
Homeshare fee; : £190 per calendar month
Support time: 10–15 hours per week (flexible and agreed in advance)
Accommodation: Self-contained use of the first floor
Double bedroom + separate study
Sole use of upstairs bathroom
Householder lives on the ground floor
No smoking policy

Homesharer ; help require; Support needed (10–15 hrs/week)
Typical support may include:
Companionship and friendly conversation (a calm, respectful presence)
Light housekeeping (tidying, laundry, light cleaning, admin help )
Meal prep / occasionally simple cooking, and sometimes eating together
Shopping support / small local errands (as agreed)
Admin support (letters, emails, appointments, simple tech help)
Occasional support around getting to local activities (where possible)

We’re looking for someone who is:
Kind, reliable, respectful, and good with boundaries
Happy living in a calm household and offering practical support
Non-smoker
Car driver: Preferred (please state if you drive and have access to a car)
Pets: Please tell us if you have any pets (we will confirm suitability)
