Cosy double room in cosy cottage

I have a small double room in my little cottage available for rent, located in a quiet area close to town centre and all amenities

Would probably suit someone who wants a crash pad for a few days per week or something short-term rather than someone that wants to live here full-time due to the size of the room.

I am looking for someone who is clean and tidy and respects my home.

Smokers are welcome, but outside only. I really don't like the smell of curry, so from time to time cooking curry is fine, but not an everyday occurrence.

All utility bills are included, however reasonable use of heating and hot water is expected.
