I am seeking a new lodger to occupy a double room in my property. It’s a three bedroom property with 2 bathrooms located on the Cambridge side of town.

Current occupants are an active and busy couple who work full time locally. We are animal lovers and gymgoers who enjoy travelling, reading and water sports.

The room to let is a large double. Tenant will have access to kitchen facilities complete with washing machine and dishwasher, etc as well as shared garden with patio/furniture. Room is furnished with a solid wood king size bed with mattress, solid wood desk/chair and large double fitted wardrobe. The room has recently been redecorated from top to bottom with new double glazing fitted.

The property has a nice south facing garden, and is modern inside. I have 1 small dog and 2 outdoor guinea pigs who are all very friendly- so applicant must be an animal lover. Property has ultrafast broadband and TV license.

The room is ideal for anybody commuting to Cambridge. The road had a bus stop direct to Cambridge (30 mins to Addenbrookes, 50 to central) a 5 minutes walk away. There is parking available outside the property so vehicles welcome.

Room is currently unoccupied due to being refurbished for the past month, and is therefore available immediately. This being said I would be looking to wait until the ideal applicant applies.

Rent includes all bills, to be payable on 1st of every month.

Deposit of one months rent (£625) payable alongside first months rent.

Minimum term is 3 months.
