This is for two rooms…yes, two rolls all for you! You get one which is your bedroom and one which is your living room. No one else has access to them.

There is a regular cleaner for the communal areas.

There is one main bathroom shared between 4 people (including you), and a communal toilet downstairs.

All bills are included so there are no extras to pay, including WiFi.

Parking is free and available close to the house, usually out the back.

The house share is calm, no parties and everyone respects one another.

It’s no smoking in the house but if you want to smoke outside that’s ok.

No pets as people have allergies and it’s a shared house so it doesn’t work.

This is a room for single occupation only, so no couples or people staying over regularly.

References will be required from your previous landlord and current employer.
