Looking for a lodger in our newly built house

We are very friendly professional couple working at Cambridge biomedical campus, looking for a female lodger to our newly built detached house at Haverhill. The property has 3 double bedroom. The room we are going to offer comes with a King-sized Bed and mattress, Ikea 3 door wardrobe, a side table , corner table and a chair. There is a separate toilet just near the room with bathtub for your private use.

The kitchen/ dining room will be shared with us. We can also offer one car park space at the property. Moreover the property has a spacious lawn to enjoy the entire summer!
The rent includes some bills( Council tax, BT full fibre 100 broadband). We expect £60 monthly contribution as electricity, gas and water.
