I have 1 single room available to rent in a newly refurbished 4 bed house in Haverhill. Close to all local amenities and great bus routes to Cambridge.

I am a live in landlord who is incredibly clean and tidy and I already have 1 other lodger who is the same. You will be the 3rd person sharing a 4 bed house.

I am very easy going, I work hard and for long hours, I am very house proud, which I hope you will appreciate.

Non smokers only, and we have a no pets policy at the house due to allergies. Each room is single occupancy only. Full time workers only too.
