Lovely, bright, single bedroom in a very quiet, clean, non-smoking, warm and cozy house near Haverhill town centre. Off road parking, private garden. Close to Tesco supermarket and Haverhill town centre. Lovely shared main bathroom with over bath shower, Wifi, tv in the bedroom, Fridge Freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. Supermarkets/restaurants/bus station/leisure centre/gym and cinema close by (within s few minute's walk).
I provide bedding (pillows, mattress protector, duvet and covers, sheets and pillow cases) but no flannels or towels.

Electric plug-in heaters are not allowed to be used at the property for safety reasons, there is a very good central heating system that can be set for use at a range of different times to suit all needs.

The property is situated close to the town centre allowing for good access links to Addenbrooke's and Cambridge Biomedical Campus (excellent bus service) along with Babraham, Granta Park, Hinxton and Chesterford Research Park - Cambridge Science Park and Bury St Edmunds, these are all a 30 minute car journey away.

Please note a deposit of £350 is required , refundable on departure - providing there is no damage caused and rent has been paid in full.

The room contains quality furnishings including brand new carpet, single bed, double wardrobe, chest of drawers and bed-side cabinet.

Available from 26th May 2022. Must be quiet and clean-living and able to keep the house clean and tidy by clearing up after yourself. .
The house is 5 minute walk from town centre where there is a cinema, arts centre, local restaurants, supermarkets and bars.
