Beautiful 2 bed cottage near Bury st Edmunds

Housemate wanted for characterful cottage on the outskirts of Newmarket and Bury St Edmunds.
I currently live alone with four black Labradors that are both live in pets and working dogs. So I’m looking for someone that loves dogs - mine are very well behaved, soft natured and lovely to live with. Someone who works from home or does shift work would potentially be a huge help to me with the dogs.
The living space would be shared so I’d like a tidy, considerate and conscientious person. It would suit someone who enjoys the quiet life and loves the countryside. It’s definitely not a party house I’m afraid.
There is a large garden which I often enjoy sitting and chilling in good weather with the dogs.
It’s a row of 14 cottages in total on a rural estate but the other residents are very friendly. There is the sense of community and we do try to help each other out.
I do rent the property myself but have been granted permission for a lodger by the estate. You would however, need references and right to rent checks. You would also need to be added to the tenancy. Unfortunately I cannot accommodate short term lodgers, it would be 6 months minimum.
Finally, the room is available from now.
