Live in our redecorated double room with private shower-room, private living room and shared kitchen in the annex of a spacious, quiet property in Hintlesham, Suffolk. Nestled on the edge of the village and backing onto Hintlesham golf course, it is located in beautiful rolling hills and fields with plentiful public footpaths. The house is a six minute drive from both the A12 and A14, and only ten minutes from Ipswich town centre. It is ideal for BT, Sizewell C, the docks or the hospital.

You will be living in the self-contained annex of our house, (we are a couple with four children and several pets), but only overlap with occasional use of the oven in the kitchen (predominantly when our AGA is off during the summer).

There is plenty of off-street parking, use of the gardens as you desire, and fresh eggs (unless the fox visits again). The property is an eight minute walk from the marvelous village pub. This is a home from home.

All bills are included including internet via wifi (up to 40Mbps d/load). Your bedroom is available for Monday to Friday let only, but you will be the only occupant of your bedroom so you are free to leave your possessions there full time.
