The ideal person would meet my criteria. Be clean tidy, be able to look after themselves unobtrusively, and be respectful of living within the comfort of a private home.
You must be security minded.

One month deposit is required upfront to secure the room. Deposit will be redeemed during your last month stay.

The price includes all bills, internet, council tax, and the fact that it is easily within walking distance of the town centre. Buses are just 2 minute walk away and local shops are 5 minutes walk.

Good Street parking location.

Both the A12 and the A14 easily reached just a couple of minutes drive away.

The room would ideally suit a commuter into Ipswich, who is looking to be relieved of the burden of daily travel.
