Hi. I am looking for a full-time working person to rent a room in a shared house with an easy-going landlord. All bills and broadband included.. The room is of a good size and has a king sized bed, bedside cabinet and a wardrobe. - the bed has two drawers for extra space. Shared kitchen, lounge/dining room plus toilet and bathroom. I have a garden and some loft space available. Smoking is allowed in the garden/shed but not in the house. All nationalities welcome. Car parking is available on the road near the house. Karl
