This small double room and is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. It has a good sized window which overlooks the rear of the property. 

The property is conveniently situated 0.9 miles (18 minute walk) from Ipswich Rail Station.

Hospitals: The Ipswich Hospital is the nearest hospital (1.5 miles, 33 minutes walk) with buses that run every 20 minutes less than a 5 minute walk away

Doctors: There are 3 surgeries within walking distance - Dr Solway & Whale is approximately 0.1 miles away (3 min walk), Orchard Medical Practice is 0.1 miles away (3 min walk) and Woodbridge Road Surgery is about 0.3 miles away (7 min walk).

We are looking for a tenant of a similar age and like minded respectfulness of the current tenants. This would suit a working professional that works in the town centre as its such a short walk from the property.
