Everywhere is shared with two other lodgers. The house is a detached 5 bedroomed property. There are only 3 lodgers so plenty of space. The landlord comes in once a week to clean and maintain property.
The house has a large well equipped kitchen with a large dining area. It has a downstairs sitting room which is spacious and has a. tV. There is a downstairs toilet.
There is a large conservatory overlooking the garden. There is also a gym equipment area for use in the conservatory. It is a bright and comfortable house. We are looking for someone to share with our other two long term lodgers.
